Shipping Policy

* Free USPS Shipping for U.S. orders $100 and over.

Due to our handcrafted nature, please allow 5-7 days for processing.

All orders are shipped via USPS 3-5 Day Priority Mail. Shipping costs are based on weight of actual package.

We do not ship packages on the following U.S. national holidays:

Memorial Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year's Day

We are not responsible for service interruptions or shipping delays due to USPS peak period disruption issues or inclement weather.

If your items arrive damaged: Pellar Fox Beeswax Candle Co. is not responsible for loss or damage to packages that occurs during the shipping process. Please contact your carrier to file a claim. You may need to retain the package until your claim is approved. Also, please be aware that shipping vehicles are not air-conditioned or temperature-regulated, and the USPS and UPS will not reimburse for melted candles - therefore we cannot be held responsible. Please order at your own risk during extreme weather conditions. A separate order will need to be placed to replace damaged goods. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
