However, if you would like to request a refund (for a reason other than damage during the carrier's shipping process) please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for refund approval. Refunds are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and are accepted for unused products only. Please note: The buyer will be asked to return the items to us, and is responsible for shipping costs.
We do not do exchanges at this time.
Pellar Fox Beeswax Candle Co. is not responsible for loss or damage to packages that occurs during the shipping process. Please contact your carrier to file a claim. You may need to retain the package until your claim is approved. Also, please be aware that shipping vehicles are not air-conditioned or temperature-regulated, and the USPS and UPS will not reimburse for melted candles - therefore we cannot be held responsible. Please order at your own risk during extreme weather conditions. A separate order will need to be placed to replace damaged goods. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
